(3,p) lies on the line 2x-3y-5=0 it means (3,p) is a solution of this line

so 2x-3y-5=0

2x-3y=5

2*3-3p=5

6-5=3p

1/3=p

now coordinates of the point where line cut x axis

on x axis every point is of the form(x,0)

so 2x-3y=5

2x-3*0=5

2x=5

x=5/2

fardeenfazal12345: but this is wrong
fardeenfazal12345: x = 2/5
ramesh87901: kk
