3p \:  = ( {28}^{2} ) - ( {23}^{2} )

\implies\sf 3p\;=\;(28)^2-(23)^2

\implies\sf 3p\;=\;(28-23)(28+23)

\implies\sf 3p\;=\;5×51

\implies\sf 3p\;=\;255

\implies\sf p=\frac{255}{3}

\implies\sf p\;=\;85

Note :-

-b² =(a+b)(a-b)
