let one root be α and other root be 6α
sum of the Two roots =-b / a
=>α+6α=14/8
=>7α=7/4
=>α=1/4
product of two roots =c/a
=>α.6α=8/p
=>6α^2=8/p......¡
putting α=1/4 in ¡
6×1/16=8/p
=>6/16=8/p
=>6p=128
=>p=21.34
