Find the value of p (x)=x^3+2x^2-7x+3 at x=-3

P (x) =  x^{3} +  2x^{2} - 7x+3
P(-3) =  (-3)^{3} +  2(-3)^{2} - 7(-3)+3
P(-3) = (-27) + 18 +21 +3
P(-3) = 15

Hence the value is 15
