Given  p(x) = x⁴ - 2 x³ + 3 x² + p x + 3 p - 7

Given P(-1) = 19 = (-1)⁴ - 2 (-1)³ + 3 (-1)² - p + 3 p - 7
                            = 2p - 1
=> p = 10

=>  P(x) = x⁴ - 2 x ³ + 3 x² + 10 x + 23

Remainder when divided by x+2 :

P(-2) = 16 - 2 (-8) + 3 * 4 - 20 + 23
      = 47
