Correct Question: Find the value of x and y.

\boxed {\boxed {\large {\mathbb {Solution:}}}}

In \triangle {ACD} ,

52° + y = 112° ------- ( Exterior angle property )

=> y = 112°- 52°

y = 60°

Also,

In triangle ABC,

x + 48°+ \angle {ACB} = 180° -- ( sum of all angles of triangle )

x + 48° + ( 180° - y ) = 180°

=> x + 48°+ 120° = 180°

=> x + 168° = 180°

=> x = 180° - 168°

x = 12°

____

Therefore,

\bf {The\: value\: of\: x \:= \:12°}

\bf {The\:value\: of\: y\: = \:60°}
