let 4x+5=t

dx=dt/4

now put the value

f sin tdt/4

-cos t/4+c

-cos(4x+5)/4+c

where f is sign of intigration

hey in such type of integration u need to do this,

integrate the given function as u do for say sinx>>-cosx

so in ur qstion>>-cos(4x+5)

but here u also need to write whtever comes bfore 'x' in the denominator.

So the final answer will b -cos(4x+5)/4
