Solution :

 \sf \bf \:  = sec  \bf\frac{13\pi}{3} = sec(4\pi +   \bf\frac{\pi}{3} )

 \sf  \:  \:  \:  \: = sec  \:  \sf\frac{\pi}{3} \:  since \: 4\pi \:  + θ \: is \: in \: first \: quadrant

  \sf \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \: = sec(4\pi + θ) \: is \: positive

  \: \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:   \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:   \sf= 2
