Given,
SinA+CosA=1

Squaring on both sides,
(SinA+CosA)² = 1²
Sin²A + Cos²A +2 SinA CosA = 1

We know that Sin²A + Cos²A = 1
Placing this value in the above equation

Sin²A + Cos²A +2 SinA CosA = 1 becomes
1+2 SinA CosA = 1
2 SinA Cos A = 1-1
2 SinA Cos A = 0
Sin2A = 0                                {Since, we know that Sin2A = 2 SinA CosA}

therefore, Sin2A = 0 when SinA + CosA = 1
