it's in 0/0 form use l hospital

lim x->0-  (4sin4x)/2x

lim x->0- 8 *sin4x/4x                (lim x->0 sinx/x =1)

=8

lim x->0- = f(0)

t=8

you can also check lim x->0+  rootx/root(16+rootx) -4

it will also be 8
