tan60° = sin60°/cos60°
we know ,
sin60° = √3/2
cos60° = 1/2
tan60° = (√3/2)/(1/2) = √3
hence , tan60° = √3

hi friend,
we know that,
tan θ = Sin θ/Cos θ
Here,
given,
θ = 60°
tan 60° = sin 60°/cos 60°
sin 60° = √3/2
cos 60° = ½
→ tan 60° = √3/2÷½
= √3/2 × 2/1
= √3
hope it helps
