Given : x tan 45° cos 60° = sin 60° cot 60°  

x tan 45° cos 60° = sin 60° cot 60°  

x (1) (½) = (√3/2) × (1/√3)

[tan 45° = 1 , cos 60° = ½ , sin 60° = √3/2, cot 60° = 1/√3]

x/2 = ½

2x = 2

x = 2/2  

x = 1  

Hence, the value of x is 1 .
