\huge\mathbb{SOLUTION:-}

 = ( \frac{3}{5}  +  \frac{ - 7}{15}) + ( \frac{5}{4}  +  \frac{ - 3}{8} )

 = ( \frac{3 \times 3}{5 \times 5} +  \frac{ - 7}{15} ) + ( \frac{5 \times 2}{4 \times 2}  +  \frac{ - 3}{8} )

 = ( \frac{9}{15} +  \frac{ - 7}{15} ) + ( \frac{10}{8}   +  \frac{ - 3}{8} )

 =  \frac{9 + ( - 7)}{15}  +  \frac{10 + ( - 3)}{8}

 =  \frac{9 - 7}{15}  +  \frac{10 - 3}{8}

 =  \frac{2}{15}  +  \frac{7}{8}

 =  \frac{2 \times 8}{15 \times 8} +  \frac{7 \times 15}{8 \times 15}

 = \frac{16}{120}  +  \frac{105}{120}

 \red{=  \frac{16 + 105}{120}  =  \frac{121}{120}}
