so lets find the value of x by the equations:

X+1X=2X+1X=2

first we multiply all the numbers by X to remove the x in 1Xso:1Xso:

X∗X=X2.X∗X=X2.

1X∗X=11X∗X=1

2∗X=2X2∗X=2X

now our equation will be:

X2+1=2XX2+1=2X

we rearrange the equation so it becomes a quadratic equation:

X2−2X+1=0X2−2X+1=0

solving this quadratic equations gives us X=1X=1.

now our main equations:

X4+1X4=?X4+1X4=?

now let's replace the values of X with 1 since X=1:X=1:

14+114=?14+114=?

1+11=?1+11=?

1+1=21+1=2

so our answer is 2 . I tried to explain my answer hope it helps :)
