YOUR ANSWER IS 33

EXPLANATION:-

Given equation-

2x {}^{2}  - 5x - 1 = 0

To find-

Discriminant of the given equation.

As we know that Discriminan (D) =

b {}^{2}  - 4ac

So in the given equation,

b =  - 5 \\ a = 2 \\ c =  - 1

Therefore Discriminant

 = ( - 5) {}^{2} - 4(2)( - 1) \\  = 25  - 4 ( - 2) \\  = 25 + 8 \\  = 33

Therefore the Discriminant of the given equation is 33.

Hope this will help you if it helps then plz mark my answer as BRAINLIEST. And remember to always keep a smile on face:)
