Answer:

(4^(-1) +5^0)×2^3

= ( 1/4 +5^0)×2^3 [ Since, a^(-m)= 1/a^m]

= ( 1/4+1)×2^3 [ Since, a^0= 1]

= ((1+4)/4)×2^3

= (5/4)×8

= (5×2)

= 10

The answer of what you're asking is

(-4+5)×21= 21
