(i) 3a+2b

= 12+6 = 18.
(ii) 7a-4b
=> 7(4)-4(3)
= 28-12 = 16.
(iii) a^2+2ab+b^2

= 16+24+9 = 49.
(iv) a^3-b^3
=> 4^3-3^3
= 64-27 = 37.
