find the value of the following if x = -2 and y=-3
x {}^{2}  + 3y {}^{2}  - 3xy + 5xy {}^{2}

As Value of x and y are given which are -2 and -3 respectively so we can find the value of given expression

By putting these values of x and y in the expression.

After solving the whole equation properly we get the value of required expression is equals to to - 77 as shown below:-)

 {x}^{2}  + 3y ^{2}  - 3xy + 5 {xy}^{2}  \\  =  ({ - 2})^{2}  + 3(  { - 3)}^{2}  - 3 (  - 2 \times  - 3) + 5( - 2)( { - 3})^{2}  \\  = 4 +  3 \times 9 -  6 + 5 \times ( - 18) \\  =4 +  27 - 18 - 90 \\  =  - 77
