Find the value of the following :
 \frac{2}{3} { \frac{8}{27} }
"Here  \frac{2}{3} is the base of the ㏒"

As, we know that,
㏒ₐ(a)ⁿ = n ㏒ₐ(a) = n

 \frac{2}{3} [  \frac{8}{27} ]
= \frac{2}{3}  [ \frac{2}{3}
=3㏒ \frac{2}{3} [ \frac{2}{3} ]
=3
