49= (-11)+(n-1)4
49+11=60=(n-1)4
n-1= 60/4= 15
n= 16
49 is the 16th term of the AP
Since it is an even number the answer will have 2 values ( we have to find term not median)
First middle term= n/2= 8th
a8= (-11)+(7)4
= -11+28
= 17
Second middle most term =n/2+1 = 9th
a9= 17+4= 21
Therefore the middle most terms are 17 and 21
