Find the value of the polynomial 2x-2x3+7 using given value for x=3,x=-1

Answer:

given x=3 and x=-1

when x=3 , substituting x=3 in the given polynomial

we get, 2(3)-2(3)3+7

=6-2(27)+7

=6-54+7

=-41

when x=-1, we get

2(-1)-2(-1)3+7

-2+2+7

0+7=7
