Find the value of the polynomial 5x - 4x^2 +3 at x =2 and x :- -1​

let p(x) = -4x^2 + 5x + 3

p(x) = (4x^2 - 5x - 3)

p(x) = 4x^2 - 5x - 3

x = 2

= 4(2)^2 - 5(2) - 3

= 4(4) - 10 - 3

= 16 - 13

= 3

x = -1

= 4(-1)^2 - 5(-1) - 3

= 4(1) + 5 - 3

= 4 + 2

= 6
