Find the value of the polynomial 5x-4x²+3 at
(i) x=0
(ii) x= -1
(iii) x= 2​

Answer:

(i) =5(0) - 4(0)² + 3

=0 - 0 + 3

=3

ii) = 5(-1) - 4(-1)² + 3

= -5 - 4 +3

= -9 + 3

= -6

iii)= 5(2) - 4(2)² +3

= 10 - 4(4) + 3

= 13 - 16

= -3
