Answer:

The values are i) 3, ii) -6 and iii) -3

Step-by-step explanation:

Given :  the polynomial is 5x - 4x² +3

Solution :

i) for x = 0, 5x - 4x² +3 = (5x0 )- (4 x0²) +3

                                    = 0-0+3

                                    = 3

ii) for x= -1, 5x - 4x² +3 = (5 x -1) - (4 x -1²) +3

                                    = -5 -4 +3

                                   = -6

iii) for x=2, 5x - 4x² +3 = ( 5 x 2) - (4 x 2²) +3

                                   = 10 - 16 +3

                                  = -3
