x=60°
y=100°
z=120°
w=80°
(w+z)-(x+y)
(80°+120°)-(60°+100°)
200°-160°
=40°

HERE IS THE ANSWER

As we know a straight lines makes an angle of 180°

so
z°+60°=180°
z°=180°-60°
z°=120°

again

x°+120°=180°
x°=180°-120°
x°=60°

And
80°+y°=180°
y°=180°-80°
y°=100°
as we know Sum of angles of Quadrilateral is 360°

so
let the fourth angle be m

120+80+60+m°=360°
260°+m°=360°
m°=(360-260)°
m°=100°

Now

m°+w°=180°( straight line property)
100°+w°=180°
w°=80°

Value of (w+z)°-(x+y)°
=(80+120)°-(60+100)°
=200-160
=40°
