Answer:

(-2)x+1 × (-2)3 = (-2)7

= (-2x)+1×(-6)= (-14)

= (-2x)+(-6)=(-14)

= (-2x) = (-14+6)

= (-2x) = (-8)

= (-x) = 8/2

= (-x) = 4

= x=(-4)

{\huge{\fcolorbox{aqua}{yellow}{\fcolorbox{yellow}{magenta}{\cal{Answer}}}}}

(-2)x+1 × (-2)3 = (-2)7

-2×x+1 × (-2)×3=(-2)×7

-2x+1 × (-6)= -14

-2x+(-6)= -14

-2x-6= -14

-2x= -14+6

-2x= -8

 \big \tt \: x  = \frac{  \cancel- 8}{ \cancel - 2}  = 4

So value of x=4
