Use pythagoras theorem in both triangles.

$h^{2} = b^{2} + p^{2}\\37^{2} = b^{2} + 12^{2}\\1369 = b^{2} + 144\\1225 = b^{2} \\\sqrt{1225} = b\\35 = b$

So here we will multiply base*2 to get x i.e., 35*2=70 cm.
