Step-by-step explanation:

GIVEN:-

( { \frac{ - 2}{3} })^{ - 3}  \div x =</p><p> (  { \frac{4}{27} })^{ - 2}

SOLUTION:-

  x = ( {  \frac{ - 2}{3}  })^{ - 3}  \times  ({ \frac{4}{27} })^{2}

x = ( {  \frac{ - 3}{2} })^{3}  \times  \frac{4  \times 4}{27 \times 27}

x =  \frac{ - 27}{8}  \times  \frac{8 \times 2}{27 \times 27}

x =  \frac{ - 2}{27}

HOPE THAT HELPS!!

 (\frac{ - 3}{2} ){}^{3}   -  (\frac{27}{4})^{2}   = x

 \frac{ - 27}{8}  -  \:  \frac{729}{16}  = x

 \frac{ - 54 - 729}{16}  = x

x =   \frac{- 783}{16}  = 48.93
