( p/q ) ^ 1/2 = ( q/p ) ^ ( 3x- 2 )
( p/q ) ^ 1/2 = ( p/q ) ^ ( 2 - 3x
1/2 = 2 - 3x
1/2 - 2 = - 3x
( 1 - 4 ) / 2 = - 3x
- 3/2 = - 3x
- 3/2 × 1 / -3 = x
1/2 = x
