HELLO.........FRIEND!!

THE ANSWER IS HERE,

 =  >  \:   ({ \frac{9}{4} })^{2x + 3}  \times(  { \frac{3}{2} })^{x}  = ( { \frac{81}{16} })^{3x - 2}

 =  >  \:(  { \frac{3}{2} })^{4x + 6}  \times  ({ \frac{3}{2} )}^{x}  =(  { \frac{3}{2} })^{12x - 8}

 =  >  \:  {( \frac{3}{2} })^{4x + x + 6}  =  { (\frac{3}{2} })^{12x - 8}

=> 5x+6 =12x-8.

=> 12x-5x=8+6.

=> 7x=14

=> x=2.

:-)Hope it helps u.
