EXPLAINATION- WE HAVE TO FIND THE VALUE OF 'x' so I have opened the bracket so that we can subtract the 5x-3x so now the question is that why our 1 become positive? because when we open the bracket the sign changes that's why.. by opening the bracket we solved that is 2x+1 = x-4 okay.. we'll just solve it by bringing x in RHS to LHS that is 2x-x and as same as -4-1.

by solving we get x= -5.
