Can you please double check the question. It seems like there is an x missing on the right side of the equation.

[2/(5x)] / [2/(x)] thats the left hand side. Now we can convert it as [2/5x] * [x/2] so the sign changes on reciprocating it. In the next step 2 cancels 2 and x cancel x so the remainder on left side is 1/5... that does not makes any sense hence there seems to be something missing.
