=> 2x-1 = x/4+5/4

=> 2x-1 = x+5/4

=> 4(2x-1) = x+5

=> 8x-4 = x+5

=> 8x-x = 5+4

=> 7x = 9

=> x = 9/7



ⓑ x/7-3/2 = -7/2

=> 2x-21 = -49

=> 2x = -49+21

=> 2x = -28

=> x = -28/2

=> x = -14
