Step-by-step explanation:

Solution:

B = D. (opposite angles of a parallelogram are congruent)

Therefore,

(2x + 25)° = (4x - 15)°

2x - 4x. =. - 15 - 25

-2x = - 40

2x = 40

x = 40 ÷ 2

x = 20

A = C. ( opp angles of a parallelogram are congruent)

Therefore

C = y.

But Sum of angles of quadrilateral is 360°

Therefore

A+B+C+D = 360°

y + 2x+ 25 + y + 4x - 15 = 360°

2y + 40 + 10+80 = 360

2y = 360 - 130

2y = 230

y =230÷ 2

y = 115
