y = 180-110

y = 70°

x + y = 120° --- exterior angle

x + 70 = 120

x = 120-70

x = 50°

Angle E = 120°

Therefore

Value of angle Y = (180°-110°){linear pair}

= 70°

Value of angle B = (180°-120°){linear pair }

= 60°

Now value of angle X ,

180°-(70°+60°){ value of whole triangle is 180°}

= 180°-130°

= 50°

Hence,

Value of X = 50°

Value of Y = 70°
