on subtraction
MX + nx = m2+ n2 + 2m
MX + nx. = (m + n ) whole sq.
MX. = ( m+n)whole sq. - nx
x. = (m+ n)whole sq. - nx / m

y. = 2m - ( m+ n)2 - nx / m
