Step-by-step explanation:

SOLUTION:-

2x+9i(2+i)=xi7+10×16i

=>2x+18i+9i^2=I(x7+160)

As we know this is a question on complex number,then i^2= (-1)

so,2x-9+18i=i(7y+160)

let's separate the real and imaginary part

By separating it ,we get

2x-9=0. and. 7y+160=18

By solving the equationa we get,

x=9/2 and y= -142/7

sorry mate for some problems I can't correct the 1st and 2nd line that 7x is changed to 7y
