Find the value of x and y if the given figure is a parallelogram
One value is x+4 down to it is 8 and side to it is 6 and up is y+4

Theorem: Diagonals of a parallelogram bisect each other.

∴ x + 4 = 6

⟹ x = 6 - 4 = 2 units

Similarly,

y + 4 = 8

⟹ y = 8 - 4 = 4 units

∴ The value of 'x' and 'y' is 2 and 4 units respectively.
