If (x₁ , y₁) = (x₂ , y₂)  ,  then x₁ = x₂  and y₁ = y₂

 Here,

x - 2 = y + 5   &  y + 3 = 6 - x

x - y = 7     &   x + y = 3

    On adding both, we get 2x = 10

⇒ x = 10/2 = 5

   Therefore, x - y = 7   ⇒ 5 - y = 7

                    ⇒ 5 - 7 = y ⇒ -2 = y

Hence,

x = 5  and  y = -2
