15x - 3 \div 27 = - 15 \\ 15x -1 \div 9 = - 15 \\ 15x = ( - 135 + 9) \div 9 \\ 135x = - 124 \\ x = - 124 \div 135

3(5x - 1) \div 27 = 3( - 5) \\( 15x - 3) \times \frac{1}{27} = - 15 \\ \frac{3(5x - 1)}{27} = - 15 \\ \frac{5x - 1}{9} = - 15 \\ 5x - 1 = - 15 \times 9 \\ 5x = - 135 + 1 \\ 5x = - 134 \\ x = \frac{ - 134}{5} \\ x = - 26.8
