Ans:- (2/5)^-7 × (5/2)^-3 = (2/5)^2x

=> (2/5)^-7 × (2/5)^3 = (2/5)^2x

=> 2x = -7 + 3 (since bases are equal so power must be equal)

=> 2x = -4

=> x = -2

here is your answer

hope it will help you
