Answer:

Hey Mate!!

 {2}^{x}  \div  {2}^{( - 4)}  =  {4}^{5}  \\  \implies \: {2}^{x - ( - 4)} =  {(2 ^{2}) }^{5} \\ \implies \: {2}^{x  +  4} =  {2^{(2 \times 5)}} \\ \implies \: {2}^{x  + 4} =  2 ^{10}

When bases are same, powers are equal,

x + 4 = 10

--> x = 10 - 4

--> x = 6
