here is the solution
~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~

==>5^2x ÷ 5^-3 = 5^5

==>5^2x ÷ 1/15 = 5^5

==>5^2x 5^3 = 5^5

==>5^2x + 3 = 5^5

==>2x + 3 = 5

==>2x = 5-3

==> X = 2/2

==> X = 1
