Heya folk !!!

Here's the answer you are looking for

If these terms are in AP then their common difference would be same.

Let the common difference be d.

So,

3rd term - 2nd term = 2nd term - 1st term = d

Similarly,

For 8x+7, 6x-2, 2x+7

2x + 7 - (6x - 2) = 6x - 2 - ( 8x + 7) = d

2x + 7 - 6x + 2 = 6x - 2 - 8x - 7

-4x + 9 = -2x - 9

-4x + 2x = -9 - 9

-2x = -18

x = -18/(-2) = 9

So, x = 9
