Let P( 2,-3) and Q ( x, 5) are the given points.
GIVEN =PQ=10
so,
by distance formula,
put the value, the equation wl come,solve it by factorisation method the value of x will come

riya2234: OK, know?
abhi8460: thatz it but she dibt get it
riya2234: firstly, I understood 32 as 2 ..thats why ans was not coming....
riya2234: whom??
riya2234: aare, we got the equation know
abhi8460: the one who asked tge question as a doubt she dint get it
riya2234: x²-4x+32=10²(by squaring both sides)
riya2234: ohh
riya2234: then by factorising we wl get x=8
riya2234: now understood
