The value of x.

Solution:

3x + 11° = 5x - 9°

or, 3x - 5x = -9° - 11°

or, -2x = -20°

or, x = -20/-2

or, x = 10°

Reason:

Opposite Angles of a Parallelogram are equal.

Answer:

The value of x is 10°.
