Well, just resort back to the definition of the logarithm:
logxy=z is equivalent to xz=y
In this case, you haven’t specified the base. I know, most students nowadays learn in their classrooms that an unspecified base on a logarithm means log with a base 10, but many others interpret it to actually be log with a base e , so I’ll just give both answers:
Assuming you are talking about log10x,
x=10−1.766
x≈0.01713957307
Assuming you are talking about logex,
x=e−1.766
x≈0.17101568526
