2x+3/4=x/2+1

=2x-x/4=1-3/4

=(8x-x)/4=(4-3)/4

=7x/4=1/4

=7x=1/4×4

=x=4/4×1/7

=x=1/ 7

Value of given equation is 1/6.

Given - Equation

Find - value of x

Solution - Solving the equation step by step to find the value of x.

Shifting similar values on particular side of equation.

2x -  \frac{x}{2}  = 1 -  \frac{3}{4}

Taking LCM on LHS, we get 2 and LCM on RHS is 4.

 \frac{2x \times 2 - x}{2}  =  \frac{1 \times 4 - 3}{4}

Performing multiplication and subtraction

 \frac{4x - x}{2}  =  \frac{4 - 3}{4}

 \frac{3x}{2}  =  \frac{1}{4}

3x =  \frac{1 \times 2}{4}

Performing multiplication and division

3x =  \frac{1}{2}

x =  \frac{1}{6}

Hence, the value of x is 1/6.
