(3/5)^5 (5/3)^-9=(3/5)^2x ; (3/5)^5×(3/5)^9=(3/5)^2x ; (3/5)^14=(3/5)2x ;14=2x ;x=7

(5÷3)^-9 => (3÷5)^9 by reciprocal to change negative to positive power
(3÷5)^5+9 = (3÷5)^2x
5+9 =2x the base are same so, add the power
14 = 2x
x=14/2
x=7
