Hey friend, ☺️ here is your answer ___________________________

 { (\frac{3}{5}) }^{5} \times { (\frac{5}{3}) }^{ - 9} = { (\frac{3}{5}) }^{2x} \\ { (\frac{3}{5}) }^{5} \times { (\frac{3}{5}) }^{9} = { (\frac{3}{5}) }^{2x} \\ { (\frac{3}{5}) }^{5 + 9} = { (\frac{3}{5}) }^{2x} \\ {( \frac{3}{5} )}^{14} = { \frac{3}{5} }^{2x} \\ on \: comparing \: both \: sides \\ 14 = 2x \\ x = 7
Hope this helps you..

 { (\frac{3}{5} )}^{5} \times ( { \frac{5}{3} )}^{ - 9} = { ( \frac{3}{5} )}^{2x} \\ { (\frac{3}{5} )}^{5} \times( { \frac{3}{5} )}^{9} = { ( \frac{3}{5} )}^{2x} \\ { (\frac{3}{5} )}^{5 + 9} = { ( \frac{3}{5} )}^{2x} \\ 14 = 2x \\ x = 7
